Matt Houston

Matt Houston is a go-getter who is positioning himself as one of Austin’s real estate experts for tenants, property owners, and investors. His expertise comprises sales and leases of all property types, covering industrial, office, retail, and restaurant. Matt has completed a full spectrum of deals representing a variety of clients, including the Texas Board of Special Legalization, North Park Dental; relocations for the Bakery Agency, Amazing Exteriors, Petite Ecole Montessori, Axim Fringe Solutions, and the sale of the John Rutledge house, among other transactions.

Matt started his career in business development roles from Fortune 500 to small manufacturers of machines, chemicals, and lubricants all over Texas. After a successful 12 year record, he made a conscientious change to pursue a career in Commercial Real Estate in 2017. As an investor in commercial and residential properties, Matt has unique experience to represent landlords and tenants in negotiating contracts. His mission is to provide exceptional real estate solutions by offering business owners and key decision makers guidance and representation handling their operational spaces to meet their demanding needs while reducing occupational risk.

Matt lives in Rosedale along with his wife, Rottweiler, and Pomeranian. He received his BA in Marketing from Loyola University of New Orleans.
