Reid Gilbreath

Reid joined Asterra Properties in 2016 after graduating from The McCoy College of Business at Texas State University. He specializes in sourcing infill building sale opportunities and digging up off market sellers by calling and meeting with local property owners in the core of Austin one by one. Reid has closed over $60M in building sales, all of which he has sourced himself and works closely with investors and developers to place them in the right deal. He’s also a part owner of two office buildings in Austin, with hopes of adding plenty more to his portfolio.

When not in the office, Reid enjoys spending time with friends on Lake Travis, floating the San Marcos River, and hunting in south Texas.
