Cindy Sheavly joined Asterra’s Property Management team in 2016, bringing more than 25 years of administrative and client-service experience. Recognized for her reliability, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to Asterra’s clients, she was promoted to Property Management Director in 2023.

In her role, Cindy leads a diverse portfolio of commercial properties across Central Texas. She is known for clear communication, proactive problem solving, and steady execution—qualities that foster long-standing relationships with owners, boards, and tenants.
