Emmett Sweeney

As a young, native Austinite, Emmett’s passion for commercial real estate stems from a deep connection to this city and excitement about its future. Growing up here, he has seen Austin transform into a thriving hub, and it’s this firsthand experience that fuels his desire to help shape its continued growth. He does most of his work as both a Tenant rep and a Landlord rep, which allows him to understand the needs and dynamics on both sides of the table. He brings fresh energy, a forward-thinking approach, and a deep understanding of the local market to every project he takes on. Whether it’s navigating complex transactions or identifying opportunities other might overlook, he is committed to contributing to Austin’s evolution while staying true to its unique character.

Outside of work, he is passionate about supporting his favorite sports teams, including the Texas Longhorns, San Antonion Spurs, and New York Yankees. He loves spending quality time with his family, girlfriend, and 3-year-old Golden Retriever, whether it’s enjoying a weekend outdoors or catching a game together. Balancing work and personal life is important to him, and these moments help keep him grounded and energized.

He graduated from Texas State University in May of 2023 with a BBA in Finance. His time there gave him a strong foundation in financial principles, which he now applies to his work in commercial real estate.
