Glen Sorrel

Glen brings more than 40 years of commercial real estate experience in Central Texas, with a career built on long-standing client relationships, disciplined asset management, and strategic lease negotiations. He has represented many of the nation’s leading institutional landlords, including Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, Aetna Life Insurance Company, GE Capital, Thomas Properties Group, Equity Commonwealth Management, LLC, as well as numerous private ownership groups.

Over the course of his career, Glen has exclusively represented 48 office buildings totaling over 4 million square feet in Austin, Texas. In addition to his extensive landlord representation, he has advised a diverse range of tenants, including law firms, lobbyists, insurance companies, technology firms, medical practices, retailers, and advertising agencies. This broad experience gives him a well-rounded understanding of both ownership and occupancy perspectives.

Prior to founding ATX Skyline Realty, LLC, Glen worked with several respected national and local real estate firms. He also served as an Asset Manager for Falcon Southwest, overseeing an office and industrial portfolio exceeding 1 million square feet across Houston, Texas and Phoenix, Arizona. In that role, he supervised third-party leasing and property management teams, approved leases and leasing proposals, negotiated lease language to protect landlord interests, monitored capital expenditures, reviewed budgets and property invoices, and reported directly to equity partners and lenders. His comprehensive understanding of both leasing and ownership perspectives provides clients with strategic, results-driven representation.

Glen is a past President and Board Member of the Commercial Brokers Association of Austin (CBA) and is a member of the Austin Commercial Real Estate Society (ACRES). Glen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University and is a licensed Broker with the Texas Real Estate Commission.
