Matt Fouchek

Prior to joining Asterra Properties, Matt was with KW Commercial and Commercial Market Exchange.

During his 7 years in Commercial Real Estate he has helped clients primarily in the Industrial sector. Matt was born and raised in McAllen of the Rio Grande Valley.

He received a degree in Government/ Business from the University of Texas and has called Austin home for over 20 years. Has experience in banking, oil and gas, and golf industries.

Matt has been a member of CTCAR, ABOR, TAR, NAR. Volunteered at First Tee of Greater Austin, SXSW, Dell Match Play, Habitat for Humanity, Central Texas Food Bank.
