Neerja is a Real Estate Broker, specializing in Investment Sales, Investment Strategies, and Site Selection. Her primary focus is on Land Acquisition/ Disposition, Cash Flow Properties, Office & Retail. She thrives working on complicated deals and can manage them seamlessly by using her extensive knowledge of real estate and business. She has a passion for serving our clients by giving them the highest level of privacy & dedication.

She holds a master’s degree in finance (MBA) and has a CPA & Real Estate Broker Licence from the State of Texas, she is also a CCIM.

Neerja has extensive experience in Financial Reporting, Taxes, Strategic Decision Making, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).

As her Chief Financial Officer role, she is overseeing the company’s accounting /finance team, implementing management systems and helping the company make strategic financial decisions.

Neerja has been living in Austin for a long time and knows the city well. She loves to learn new things and likes to travel overseas. She is passionate about heath, fitness and wellness.
