Ryan Perry
Ryan is a 15 year veteran of the Real Estate Industry with extensive experience in Commercial and Industrial sales, development, asset management and investment.
Ryan is knowledgeable, professional, honest and hardworking and considers service to his clients his highest calling. He measures success by the satisfaction of his clients and not by awards, income or recognition. Ryan, who is a fourth generation Austinite, is married and the father of two elementary/middle school age girls. He lives, works and is raising his family in Northwest Hills where his children attend Doss Elementary and Murchison Middle School. In his free time, Ryan plays the guitar in a neighborhood rock band and for the residents at two area nursing/retirement homes, writes fiction (including a 200-page crime novel, which he is attempting to get published), coaches his daughters’ basketball and soccer teams, and for eight years, taught and mentored teenagers in the youth department at his church. He is passionate about sports and fitness, music, writing, building new relationships and serving his clients.
Ryan received his BBA from Baylor University and his MBA from St. Edwards University. Ryan holds the following licenses and accreditations: Real Estate Broker, CCIM Designated (Certified Commercial Investment Member), pursuing the Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Accredited Seller Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, and Accredited Buyer’s Representative designations. Member of ABOR, CTCAR, TAR, NAR, and the CCIM institute, serves on the board of the Central Texas Chapter of the CCIM Institute and is a member of the Seton Forum (a fund-raising arm of Seton Hospital).
