Over the past decade, Steve has honed his expertise by offering clients a comprehensive suite of services, including development services, transaction structuring, strategic site selection, meticulous market research and analysis, as well as expert coordination of space planning and lease negotiations.
Before joining Asterra, Steve held pivotal roles in sales solutions for renowned corporations such as Dell, IBM, HP/Compaq, and Motorola, where he served as a National Sales Director with Artesyn Solutions (currently Solectron Global Services). His tenure with these industry giants equipped him with invaluable insights and experience, enriching his skill set and deepening his understanding of client needs.
Steve’s academic background further complements his professional achievements. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Houston at Clear Lake, providing him with a solid foundation in business principles that he applies diligently to every client interaction.
